Basic offsite backup
Our basic offsite backup service is included for all customers who buy into our Office support package.
The basic service comprises of:
- Automated daily backup of crucial admin and SIMS data
- Daily email to confirm a successful backup
- Data is retained for a maximum of 6 months including 60 days’ worth of daily backup
Basic onsite backup
Basic onsite backups are included for all customers who buy into our classroom support packages. External backups drives must be purchased and stored in a secure location. The basic onsite backup is limited in functionality. We would advise that the full version is purchased for a small one off cost. This unlocks additional features that improve the effectiveness of the backup software.
Full offsite backup
We can offer a full offsite backup and recovery solution that will backup your entire server and restore it to its previous state in the event of a disaster. Please contact us for more information.
